The Bauer RVR has been under development at Bauer for more than two years. What initially looked like an impossible design to manufacture due to its complexity eventually became a reality. The result speaks for itself.
Microspey
A fly reel specially developed for those who fish with light two-handed fly rods, so-called microspeys. This fly reel handles two-handed lumps in classes #3, #4 and #5. This model of Bauer's RVR comes with a "full-frame" to prevent the shooting line from slipping between the reel and spool. The weight of the fly reel n is carefully calculated to balance the longer two-handed fly rods used for trout spey.
